Service and Confidential Agreement
Please acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the above conditions. To use the service, click the "I agree" button. 1. You represent and warrant to Kylix Solutions Grup that you own any data you may make available to us, by disk or electronic transfer, to enable Kylix to perform the Service, and that you own all data that may be retrieved or made available to you as a result of the Service. 2.If we have reason to suspect that you may not be the owner of any data delivered under this Agreement, Kylix Solutions Grup is hereby authorized to cease performing the Service. 3. Confidentiality of all submitted files is guaranteed. 4. All Confidential Information shall remain your property. 5. Kylix Solutions Grup will notify you by e-mail when the Service is complete and data files deliverable under the Service, if any, are available for retrieval. You must retrieve any such data files by downloading them from the password-online website within 30 days after notice of completion of the Service is given. password-online will not be responsible for and may delete any such files after such 30-day period ends.
Cost of service is 10 USD, only paid after the repair process is over.
If the file is not repaired, you do not have to pay anything.
